- yesterdayi went ahead and put in a tps sensor after this didnt change anything i proceeded to check the pump because it would only hold 50-60 while running when it first primed at 60 then would drop to 20 right away never had a starting issue though well after all this work pressure hold fine now but i still have a miss i quess i ll just have to keep trying to work on it i also looked over thenut kit lines isde the pelum and they were fine ill get it someday unless anyone has any suggestions
The famouse spider injector will cause just what you are discribing. The cpi motor has it's share of problems.
To me it sounds like that is the problem. There are ways to test it but you need a scan tool to be able to look at information in the pcm.
If you go ahead and do the injector I would Highly recomend doing the lines inside of the intake along with the injector. Gm calls it a Nut kit(i have no idea why there are no nuts on the lines) I don't know if that will be available in the aftermarket world.
