If your signal light stays solid when you go to use your signal, then one of your bulbs has burned out.

Depending on the bulb that burns, it'll either flash rapidly, or just stay solid

more than likely its (a disble switch (turn's of when the stearing is strightened)) this is located under the clock spring on the stearing wheel. I strongly recommend you have an expert replace it as to get to it involves removing the stearing and clock spring. Which can trigger your air bags. Then replacing the clock spring needs propper placement and hookup else your stearing wont work. And plus you need a special key to remove the stearing. Trust me get it to a gurage. If you wish to try your self, then get your self a copy of your car's service manual. Please keep in mind your air bags use gun powder for deployment, and the force generated can fracture your skull. techicinas are erverely wounded by this.

It's a broken signal cam in the steering column, and the column will have to be taken apart, steering wheel pulled off, to fix it.
