Just had brake pads replaced on my 1986 Chevy

Just had brake pads replaced on my 1986 Chevy pickup 1/2 ton and now the driver side brake wont release it sticks. Is the brake lines bad or what? Thanks

You have to either clean up the piston in the caliper so that it moves freely, or replace the piston
