Use one of the new No Nails glues to stick it back on

- You can get the No Nails product from most building supplies companies and hardware stores it is made by Evostick

It can be bought under various names such as Pink Nails

Clean off the area follow the instructions let it set then paint over it

You can't fix it. Go to eBay and buy a used one for your car and year. The job is easy to replace. The hard part is taking off the door interior panel.
