Do you have manual or automatic climate control ? If automatic could be a bad blower motor control module . Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the rear engine sight shield. Disconnect the positive booster cable from the multi-use relay center. Move the underhood fuse block out of the way. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the blower control module. Remove the blower control module from the blower module.

When electrical stuff doesn't work it is a switch, fuse or fusible link. When you have multiple circuit failures it is likely a bad fusible link. Get out your shop manual for the car and check which fusible link feeds power to these devices; then, test it. If the fusible links all check good, it may be a major connector plug in the electrical harness that is loosing contact. Good luck.
