You need to know if ots beeping when you press the button,if not check the fuse,if it beeps and you can hear the motor try to move it in the rear left inside panel,in Australia may be right in O S model,something has come off or broken inside the mechanism,if theres no noise at all check the fuses,or switch is playing up,based on what youve said thats as much info as I can give you as this point good luck

first thing you should do is try to have a shop open the door with a beak in kit. if they can't get the door open this way the door trim panel will have to be pryed off. it is difficult to do with the door closed but it can be done. the trim pane will probably be ruined during removal. once the trim panel is removed the door latch can be released from the inside.

If it is the passenger side, do you have some thing on your passenger seat? is it the air bag off light.
There is a connector under the seat. pusher it together to see if it is loose.
