So you dont know where it is, or what it looks like, but you know its bad, and need to replace it? Its on the end of the intake plenum, 3 wires, once you find it, you will figure out how to replace it.

Tedpineywood has a point, how do you know that your problem is a $60 sensor? Assuming you have codes or some other correct diagnostic, it is on the right end of the intake manifold / plenum. It is a black box about an inch square with a round connector carrying the three electricals plugged into the top. If you cannot find it look under the intake vaccuum line which can hide it.

Its on the top of the BLACK PLASTIC going to your air filter..IT will be 2 inches by 3 inches with 1 plug and 3-4 screws holding it depending on engine size.....Make sure when you remove it to get the hole cleaned out sometimes the old map sensor breaks the plastic off.

Bad acceleration - engine goes off while driving

12 is battery disconnected lately, or dead. No worries.
13 & 14 are your likely problem, M.A.P. sensor.
52 is oxygen sensor.
I would replace M.A.P sensor, disconnect battery for a few minutes to erase codes, then hook-up start & run the vehicle for a while. My guess is that the oxygen sensor is being tripped by Map sensor. Run for a couple of days if running o.k. then check codes again.
