Car wouldnt make connection when trying to start

Difficult to understand your problem. Are you saying the engine 'cranks' but won't start? OR, are you saying it won't crank at all?... If it won't crank, the problem is in the starter system circuit (battery, starter relay, battery cable connections, starter cable connections, solenoid wire connection, the starter itself, etc.). If it cranks but won't start, the problem could be anywhere (ignition, fuel, injectors, air, valve timing, crank position sensor, etc.).
