Brake lights and turn signals stopped

well i just fix a 2002 vette with no turn signals and no 4 ways,,it was the four way flasher was bad and thats part of the 4 way switch,,,but the brake lights work,,i think you might have a bad IPC,instrument panel cluster,,that controls everything,,the 4 ways flasher only control 4 ways and turn signals,,,so i dont think you prob is the flasher i think its internal to the IPC,,i rec take to chevy dealer get it checked
