Its stalling out in the morning, like it running out of fuel but doesn't die, then it runs perfect all day long, In the last six months i've changed the fuel pump and filter and it has 60 psi, maybe its electrical.

Fill the gas tank up (but do not to off)
A weak or failing fuel pump will give you problem below 1/3 tank to near empty.

Fuel filter should be change every 3 years or <36,000 miles.
