The front window Defogger was blowing then all of a sudden it quit. The A/C & heat will not work, could this be a fuse or blower/fan problem?

Went under the hood and checked the relay switches, the one for the heat was not under there so it appears to be in the dashboard

My heater only works some of the time and my rear defrost dont work what could be the problem

As by heat only works some of the time , you mean it doesn't blow air out of the vent's . This means you probably have a problem with the blower motor or blower motor resistor or blower motor relay .
Rear Window Defogger Inoperative

Exchange the rear defogger relay with a known good relay from the under hood junction block.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  2. Press the rear defogger switch to the ON position.

The ac. wipers signals radio ligter went off in my 1988 jeep cherokee the fuses are ok. relays too.

Lets Look at the fuses once more the # 2 threw 5 i have seen the fuse be good but it had loss contact in the fuse box, remove the fuse and install them to see if this helps
Also at the battery there is a fuse link check here to see if this has blown or loss contact,, a new one can be spliced in if needs replacemint

It doesn't blow off heat was working fine yesterday and just suddenly stopped working

Check the Front Blower Motor Relay located in the IPM Relay and Fuse Box. It's location should be identified on the back side of the cover. There are other exact Relays (like the Spare Relay or the adjacent: Rear Blower Motor Relay or Defogger Relay) that you can switch out and check operations. If the Front works now but not the Rear, it is the Relay and should be replaced.
