You can't put up the front passenger window with it's own switch ? Did you check the POWER WINDOW RELAY in the instrument panel fuse / relay box ? An you checked POWER fuse 30amp same fuse box ? All window switches have direct power from power window relay !
Fuse Block - Instrument Panel
Left of the Steering Column, behind the storage Compartment
P/W Relay

Would seem your into the inner doors & have a partial
grasp on things
Now you fix all door windows one shot
#1 Test all switches, ohm meter unplugged or volt meter with power
#2 Test all motors with battery voltage direct -- DC motor will run either direction-- can't hook up wrong
#3 Window Regulators -you know about them (Unless they are broken-you said they are tight)
#4 Do you have good ground side wiring & battery voltage at all
switches & motors
#5 Last resort--unhook the cables & work on freeing up the
glass & window guides etc then you will have found out if the
regulators are the issue
Had same problem and replaced switch on drivers door and now works fine. Not saying thats your problem but i went through the same stuff and that fixed it for me.
At the passenger switch its the Dark Blue and Brown wires. At the Master switch its the Light Blue and Tan wires. But I think your problem is a bad Master Switch
Since you didn't mention that the window was moving slower before it stopped moving at all, it sounds as though you have corrosion on the wondow controller in the driver side door. If qualified, take the door panel off, remove the plug and clean the contacts. If that doesn't work, I suggest buying the switch controller and installing it. Shouldn't have an issue after that. The drivers side door could cause the issue with the passenger door in some vehilces, but I cannot find any information stating that it should in your vehicle.
If you replaced the fuel pump then there is a possibility that during the job then some debris from the tank and/or filter got loose somewhere into the fuel system and is in your lines. It could even be a very tiny speck of gasket material, old or new.
