It should but double check to make sure the trans cooler lines are on the right sides to reattach yours. Also that the rad hoses go to the same sides. This assumes that the engines are the same size. Radiators are engine specific, the bigger the engine the bigger the rad. It's no problem putting a big engine rad on a small engine but you can't go the other way. Hope this helps.
