Problems with a replacement radiator.

I just installed a replacement radiator on my 91 f150 5.0l V8 4x4 xlt Larriat. There were two options to choose from in the computer system at Advanced Auto for a stock replacement, a normal and heavy duty ready rad radiator. the price difference wasn't much. I chose the heavy duty one but the holes for my stock fan shroud don't match up with the heavy duty radiator. Every thing is the same as the stock one except the thickness of the radiator and the mounting holes for the shroud. I was wondering if the 91 f150 had a model that came stock with a heavy duty radiator so i could possibly fin a matching shroud. My shroud is cracked and i need a new one any ways and I would like to keep the heavy duty upgrade but if i bought a piece of **** radiator that just doesn't fit then let me know, haha

Check that shroud difference is not a fan to core 'clearance' issue.
1. drill new holes in shroud ?
2.fabricate a bracket out of strap steel to bolt them together ? 3. go back to advanced auto for heavy duty ready shroud ?

How do I replace thermostat in a 2010 ford escape xlt

On the top of your radiator is a big hose. Follow that house to the top of the motor. Where that house attaches to the motor, is the thermostat housing. Housing is usually held on with 2 bolts, remove housing and you'll find the thermostat.

I have a 1990 Ford F-150 ext cab 4X4 larriat XLT and my clutch is going all the way to the floor, but it is not slipping out of gear when i drive, i just have to push it to the floor to get it to go into...

It sounds like the clutch needs replaced or the clutch cable. You can try readjusting the cable but more than likely it has stretched to far and needs to be replaced.

1998 Ford Club xlt, tranny fluid leak in the coolant.

The lines for the transmission cooler run to the reservoir on one side of the radiator, correct? You may have gotten a bad radiator and the trans cooler is allowing the fluids to mix.
