2003 BMW 530i water in rear floor after it rains

water in rear floor after it rains - weep holes OK on rear door - the door seal is likely the problem - I checked and water comes out at the bottom - is this easy to replace or should I take it in. I gather this is a known problem - does BMW have a secret warranty for this?

Thanks

you are no doubt correct about the cause of the problem ,but the soloution?? well if the water can gat in then let it out ??stupid ?? i know but what i would do to prevent rust and corrosion which is a inspection failure then i woul drill two 1/2 inch holes either side of the rear floor well on the outside so whatever way car is parked on camber of road the water can run out
