Injector sprays too much fuel after starting. Engine floods out

Suspect (potentially) either a stuck injector, or a failed/failing fuel pressure regulator. One sign of a failed fuel pressure regulator can be gas in the oil. (I suffered that side effect, along with bogging, and black smoke rich running, worsening as warmed up, turned out to be fuel pressure regulator). If the injector is loose in the throttle body, or has bad o-rings, can also cause some wonky behavior. Good luck.

Gas over flow on Suzuki Sidekick 1995

Could be a leaking fuel injector or faulty pressure regulator.
I would unplug the injectors first and see if the flooding stops.
You may have to test each injector to find the defective one.

I'm having the same trouble with the flooding after warm start...if it's the temp sensor, would the temp gauge be working? It's in a 1991 Chevy van with an injected 350 carb.

1987 chevy s-10 2.8 motor. Wont start and gas present on plugs. Getting fire and fuel. TBI injection. New plugs wires cap and rotor. Checked TDC and checked firing order.

Is it flooded? Have you tried holding the accelerator to the floor? You have gas spraying out of the injectors when cranking? Does it even try?
