My seat is loose. It moves when I start and stop.

My seat is loose. It moves when I start and stop. How do I tighten it? vMy truck is a Chevy 2000 Silverado 1500 w/ electric operated seats.

- The rails(tracks) seem to be stationary. The seat itself is moving up and down on the rails about 1"/

hi there should be some bolts behind the side covers of seats they maybe loose?? or are your actual tracks/rails sliding?
