If, when the switch is turned, the starter motor does not operate at all but the solenoid clicks, the problem lies with either the battery, the main solenoid contacts, or the starter motor. If, as you say, the battery is good, and fully charged, that would mean that is was either the solenoid contacts or the starter motor.
If the solenoid plunger cannot be heard (no click), the battery is bad, the fusible link is burned, or the solenoid itself is defective. Once again, if the battery is good, it would be the fusible link, or the solenoid. The fusible link is in the engine compartment fuse block (the box on the upper left as you face the vehicle). It is either 80A or 100A.
If you want to test the circuit, you can run a fairly heavy INSULATED wire between your pos. battery post and the SMALL terminal on the solenoid (just touch the end to the solenoid). If the starter turns, you may have a ignition switch, neutral start switch, or some other wiring problem.
Your alternator is not the problem.
Hope this is helpful.

98 Honda Accord LX wont start/crank. No noise is made when I try to turn it over. No clicking, revving, turning... No sound comes from the car aside from the interior sounds/lights which lets me know its...

Check the starter motor. Many times they go on there own with no sign, and having someone crank it while using something to tap it often helps it turn over.

91 honda accord won't start sometimes-battery, a/c, starter?

Your tempermental starting problem could be the park neutral safety switch . They get worn inside an cause this type problem . Next time it won't start place gear selector into neutral an see if it starts then . The cooling running problem is probably the cooling fan timer module . From the diagram it's hard to say which side the A/C condenser fan is on. The A/C fan has blue with yellow stripe wire in the connector along with a black one . I would also suggest you have a qualified repair shop do a voltage drop test on the starting circuit .
How to voltage drop test starter motor circuit

Starter Voltage Drop These test's will find any starting circuit problem .

2005 Honda Accord will not start, just clicks when turn the key. Tried tapping the starter and rocking the car.

Sometimes if your battery is low there is just enough power to start to close the starter relay but not enough to get past the resistance in the switch. I'm guessing what you hear is the starter relay opening and closing because the battery cannot supply enough power to make it to the starter. My guess would be that you need a new battery or at least a good charge. If you or someone you know has a voltmeter you can check the battery. Just sitting in the car it should be very close to 12 volts. If it is at 10 volts or below it needs to be replaced.

I have a 1992 honda accord it will start one time and not then next once its started it runs great but never know when it will start or not?

Keep a hammer in your trunk. If it doesn't start, tap on the starter with a hammer 3 or 4 times, not too hard, not too soft.,then try to start. It may take several tries. If you don't know where it is,call a dealer or a shop, someone will give you the free information. It sounds like the starter. They normally do not faill 100% but yours is still in better shape than most I hear about.Good luck! My 2004 honda accord starter seems to not be working. Is there a way to remove it and maybe to clean it to start-up again

hi it does sound like the starter is stuck, there could be a way to free it and find out for sure if it is u/s, what you have to do is, locate starter on your vehicle, depending on its location you can try tapping it with a small hammer or a long bar of sorts, at the same time get someone to turn the ignition at the same time while you are tapping the starter, this should free the solenoid and then the starter should work, if it does, turn the motor off, and try again and see if it works if it does your ok, if not then try the above again, if you have to do it every time you turn the motor off then you will need to replace your starter....hope this helps please vote thanks NOTE!!! make sure you are not near any moving parts when it starts....

My 91 honda accord wont start?is it the starter or just electrical problem?

first check to see if you have headlights, if you do check to see the brightness of the headlights if the lights look weak your battery could be the problem . if the lights are bright then a possible bad starter

My honda isnt starting. I'm pretty sure it isnt the battery because all of the electronics are still working. is it the starter?

Try using jumper cables. Sometimes there is enough power to run the accessories but not enough to start it.

If no change, you can have someone tap the starter with a blunt object while your trying to continually start it. If it starts, that would be the problem.
