well the code is for the neutral safety switch. If you external pump then your in-tank unit isn't getting any either. follow the wire coming from the external pump back to the last place that it has power. it hits a 1 wire plug in the engine bay on the drivers side near the wheel well and then it goes over to the passenger side to the fuel pump relay which is located near the starter relay and should be green. If you get power going in and no power coming out, bad relay.
OK get can of fuel and a small hose,, take pipe off the fuelpump and fit your hose to pump and pump up fuel ,,,,IS FUEL PUMPIMG UP if yes then its either your inline filter or the feed pipe from tankand you should find its the inline filter
If no fuel then its your pump so replace it as recos dont always work very good.

2003 ford f350 6.0, it starts good cold but misses when driving, it won't hardly move. When it warms all the way up it's not so bad, but when you gas on it a little it jerks misses then goes on. It's getting worse now if you stomp it to the floor it acts like it backing up, any suggestions. Thanks Mike
