If there is a abs problem both lights will be on .Did you replace the sensor in the back on top of the rear differential. This is for the rear abs ,and is usually the issue .Once replaced the light will shut itself off.If it does not then there could be a wiring issue .You could unhook the battery but when you start it back up the abs will do a systems check, and if the problem is not solved the lights will come right back on .The sensor is cheap about $15:)

BJ...RE your cylinder head problem: Your Premium problem post asked one simple question "where do I begin diagnostics" I, and others who answered that post most likely answered that question as fully as they could without the benefit of seeing other peoples ideas (that remains hidden on our side) or for that matter, your answers to those. You mentioned rebuilding the head; you pretty much made it appear that you had done that yourself. I have seen good rebuilders return heads shimmed improperly leaving one or more valves in the open position. That is always a good place to check first. I have also seen engines which were overheated (you did not mention why head was removed). If the head is warped or piston rings relaxed from heating this can also cause problems.
Warped intake, vacuum hoses improperly connected or not connected at all, electrical components not plugged in or bent pins inside connectors or a mistake anywhere else in the job will cause problems. Your work needs to be checked before going elsewhere in diagnostics. Aside from what you did, all sensors and electronics need to be checked and verified as good. No one here can do that for you. You need to go over all this stuff yourself.
In every shop I ran, I got extra to do any work on vehicles after the owner messed with it. That kind of work is far more difficult to diagnose because people can do stranger things to their vehicles than they can do to themselves.
Once I or anyone else answers a question on the premium side, they are "locked" from answering again. I'm posting here only because you gave a poor "grade" to my answer, though with the limited info you supplied, it's the best anyone can do without the benefit of hands on diagnosis, which at this point, unless you are lucky and accidentally stumble on the problem, you definitely need.
Good luck with that car!!!

If it does not clear on removing the abs module harness plug, then remove the negative cable from the battery for about 25 seconds. If it does not turn the light off, then there is a problem with the brakes,if the abs system is ok.The brake rotors can cause the problem, and the pads also,so check brake out all the way around, adjusting the rear brakes,or replacing them can be the problem also.
