More often than not, inactivity is the main reason for this issue. WHat happens is the brushes on the window motor seize to the aramture. What I would recommend is to remove the door panels, and expose the motors from behind the plastic water dams. Then, with the key on, move the window swithc to the down position, and tap the motor with a brass hammer. 90% of the time, I can jar the brushes loose, and the motor works fine. That trick saves my customers lots of money, and they like saving money! Try it. You just might get them working; and won't have to buy new motors.
