You just named it correctly. Rockauto.com/catalog is a good source because they stock mutiple manufacturer's parts so you can choose based on price. Although, the cheapest source is going to be the junkyard, which is always my first choice.

Hope this helps,
matt

Someone recently backed into my car, I have a 2000 Jaguar S type, and they broke the glass cover of one of the headlights on the passenger side. Im wondering where I can get a new one and if I order it...

Headlight unit, as you sit in the car looking forward this is right hand - left hand side of the car for ordering the correct side unit. You will have to replace the whole unit as the lens is polycarbonate and bonded onto the reflector. Try to get one from a car breakers ( they are readily available on-line) as it will be considerably cheaper and also not stand out so much as a brand new unit. good luck - hope this helps

smash out old mirror glass being careful not to scratch the side of your car put a couple of dobs of silicone behind it and it should just clip in if it doesnt clip in easily dont force it as it will crack just take it to your local glass company and they will be able to fit it for you

Dirver side mirror broke today

ok first you need to pull the little trianglle off the back of the mirror on the INSIDE of the door
when you do this you will see 3 bolts...remove the bolts and unclip the harness...you can go to a junkjard and get a new mirror cheaply and installation is reverse of removal

2007 Ford Focus Driver Side Mirror Replacement

Usually its easier and cheaper to buy the whole assembly rather than try to just replace the mirror. If you go to a junkyard and buy it there they will show you how to do it.

Side Mirrors will adjust side to side but not up and down.

There are two tiny motors in each mirror. one for up/down. One for side to side. They have jack screws (plastic) that fit into the motors.

You can manually put your hands on either side of the mirror and force adjust it. If you hear a ratcheting sound, the jack screws are OK. Then repeat with hands on top and bottom.

If you hear ratcheting and mirror stays where you stop it, that means one of the motors is bad. The motor assembly is available as a separate part.

Hi,

You may be able to look on International sellers on Ebay, and see if they will mail out to you.

It should work out a lot cheaper this way.

Hope this helps you.
