Did you remember to hook up your fuel pump?
It will take several attempts for it to start because the fuel lines are empty and have to be purged by the pump first.

1 Apply the parking brake.
3 Remove the fuel pump relay from the power distribution center under the hood. Look at the underside of the power distribution cover, and locate the fuel pump relay.
7 Lift the fuel tank into position, using the jack.
8 Attach the fuel filler hose and vapor return hose to the fuel tank.Tighten the clamps with a Phillips screwdriver.
9 Pivot the fuel tank retaining straps into position. Tighten the fuel tank retaining strap nuts with a socket and ratchet. Lower the jack.
