SOURCE: problem with the door locks
Get yourself a can of penetrating spray, like WD-40, and spray inside each latch assembly at the door. spray up,down, sides etc, and let it sit for a while then start working the locks up & down manually first, to try & get things loosened up a bit. It may take a couple of good sprayings to get them loosened up, so be patient. Then start working them with remote and see what happens. Also if you see contact points on door & post where round or whatever shape, 2 metal pieces meet, clean them off with fine steel wool.
