Question about 2000 Ford Mustang
2000 ford came with a choice of engines... with out knowing which one, I will suggest a generic method.....
Remove the - (neg) cable from the battery.
With the vehicle on a secure surface, remove the power cable from the starter.
Remove the 2 bolts that secure the starter to the bellhousing. Pull the starter out and insert new starter.
Secure with bolts and torque to 35-40 lbs.
