My 87 300z is flooding out BAD!

I have a 1987 300zx 2x2 non turbo. I changed vacumm lines and fuel lines and tuned it up with cap & rotor and new plugs. it ran great for three days and then it started flooding out even after it had been warmed up but now it will only start and run for a little while when i take out the fuse for the fuel pump. it dumps a lot of fuel when i try to start it. can you help
