The driver seat of my 01 4runner will only move about half as far as the passanger seat. Should it go further forward? is there a way to adjust it so it will go further forward?

They should be on the exact same tracks. I am guessing that there is some object...small that is....that has lodged itself in your track and is preventing the driver's seat from going forward. I also would get some good lubricant in there too to lube it up.

You can take the seat out. There are four bolts that hold it to the the floor. Take them out and disconnect the electric connection that connects the seat belt to the dash. Once out, you can see more clearly what the problem is.

I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima with hid headlights an the bulb is blown an i have replaced the bulb an it still doesn't work, i checked the fuse box inside an outside, is their any other fuses i can...

It sounds like you have wire problem. This problem can be manny problems from a short due to exposed wire or it is broken somewhere... ect. if it is not the wire check further back the line to see if the buse is recieving power. Or it could be as simple as the plug you put the bulb in has a broken contact tip

I can't seem to locate the fuse panel under the dash.

The fuse panel should be under the passanger side. You need to take off plastic shroud and then look up pretty far up on the passanger side. These don't flip down like other models so you will need to get way down and on the floor looking up to see it.Hope this helped..

I installed HID headlights and fog lights about 2 months ago and the passanger side went out. i took the drivers side bulb and put it into the passanger side to see if the bulb or the ballast was bad and...

The headlights run through a relay (#46) through the BCM. If the relay were bad (very common and has a recall) both lights would not work. Sooo, I'm thinking check the wiring and pigtail that goes to the bulb. People that use Silverstar halogeon bulbs will burn that wire and or the connector. Make sure these are sound, check for power at the connector too.

Replacing headlight bulb on a 2005 nissan maxima

Hi,
You can purchase a Haynes Manual or go on-line to nissantechinfo.com and purchase the factory service manual in .pdf format and download it for around $20 bucks for an hour of access. If yours is an HID bulb the cost is mostly the bulb. And, if you are not familiar with HID then I would let them do it. But, if you feel comfortable just jack up the car on the driver's/passanger side and remove the tire to get access to the inner fender well. Remove the clips and screws and you now have access to the back of the headlight assembly. Remove the access cover on the assembly and you will find the back of the bulb. If it just a turn and the access cover comes off and then the same for the bulb.

How long to replace a HID headlamp on a cadillac sts 05

Two hour job in your driveway. Lift the side needing replaced, remove plastic clips and wheel liner. Unbolt bumper face, starting from the wheelwell and working in. If repacing the passanger side, remove the bolts holding the fuse box inside the engine compartment to allow for more room. The replace is made through the wheelwell.

you should not be playing with the camber adjustments of your car unless you have a proper wheel aligner as you can course some major problems with your car i recommend you take it to your local tyre retailer and get them to adjust it for you

Rear Passanger Side Brake

Crawl under it and check that cable. See if it tighter than the other side and has free play. It could need adjusting, or oiling. If you can't find anything. Pull the brake drum. Check the springs and all the moving parts. And one more thing, your automatic adjuster might have over tightened that side.
