Question about 2002 Ford Expedition

Open Question

2002 Ford Expedition Replaced bad #7COP and all spark plugs. Engine won't start now. Disconnected Battery and reconnected thinking it would reset, still won't start. Checked all connections to Plugs and injectors. Sprayed Carb Cleaner in intake and it kinda sputtered but did not start. Thinking its a fuel line problem and going to replace fuel filter. Please help, any ideas other than what I have mentioned.

The problem turned out to be the intank fuel pump. Checked all fuses, fuel safety switch off behind passenger side kick panel, replaced fuel filter, and then turned key to on position to listen for fuel pump kicking on and no sound from gas tank. Disconnected negative battery cable. Drained and dropped fuel tank, replaced fuel filter(checked fuel pump by reconnecting electrical and turning on key...and nothing...same thing with new pump and it worked...this confirmed it was the fuel pump and not electrical problem) reconnected all lines and electrical connections. Primed fuel lines a few times by turning key on and off...definately could hear fuel pump. Turned key all the way and engine started. Problem fixed!

The problem turned out to be the intank fuel pump. After checking all fuses, fuel pump relay, and fuel safety switch off and replacing fuel filter (pain in the u know what...needed special tool) decided to check fuel pump. Turned key on and no sound from gas tank. Disconnected negative battery cable. Drained and dropped tank...Checked fuel pump again by pulling it out of tank and reconnecting electrical to it... and nothing...connected new pump to it and it worked confirming problem was fuel pump. Installed new fuel pump and put tank and fuel lines back together. Primed fuel lines by turning key on but not starting a few times...then started engine right up.

Can the fuel reset button being stuck cause firing problems on a 99 ford expedition

No, they work or don't. They are for fuel, not spark. I have reset many of them, but I don't think I ever replaced one.

2002 expedition wont start but all electronics come on

give me more detail do the engine turn over not start or do the engine not rotate.make sure battery has 12.5 volts and battery cables clean not corroded,if you have 12.5 volts need to remove test starter and starter solenoid.if engine turn over.check for fuel pressure and spark at spark plugs.have vechicle code scan before buying new parts.

My 2002 Ford Expedition shakes when put in drive. In park it does not shake. What would cause this, spark plug wires, plugs, fuel filter?

Spark plugs and wires,
Bad or leaky vacuum line
Bad 02 sensors, (check engine light would likely be on)

If it doesn't do it at idle, then motors mounts should be good and the problem is one of the listed above.

My gauges don't work , no interior lights no power windows

I had the same problem with my 2003 Ford Explorer. I disconnected the battery, which give the relays a chance to reset.
Clean battery termals reconnect and all good.

Check engine light flashes on 99 Ford Expedition, hooked it up to computer and says plug # 3 is bad, I replaced it but the light is still on

Try changing the #3 cylinder spark plug wire or all wires as you probabley have to buy them in a set.

Engine starts missin

I would get this in and have a power balance test performed to see which cylinder/s are missing. Most likely a bad ignition coil, wire or spark plug depending on which motor you have.
