Is there a secquence for tightening intake on a 2002 neon ?

Yeah, snug them all down evenly first, then a little tighter starting from the center going out. That's the best way. Then do the final torque the same way.

Head bolts torque and secquence also set new timing belt

Lets focus on the plugs for a moment. All you really need to do is remove 1 plug and check to see if it is fowled. This will show you what one looks like and this video is part of my training program at work for my new master techs to view and tested on before they are certified Also, if your car is shaking, your look at BAD TIMING which needs to be set by an auto shop so the vehicle stops shaking. The most cost efficient way to do this is to pay for the TIMING first see if that fixes the problem, then if not you change the spark plugs yourself as you never know what the auto shop will put inside your heads!!! Estimated fees if you want a shop to change your plugs in SC is about $200 for an 8 cylinder and fee for the timing is about $75.

Replaced master cylinder 3 times air in brake line after a few weeks only front right brake

I am not sure what secquence you used when bleeding the air from the lines. But just to give you a little help if your not sure. Start at the back left, rear passenger side, next= rear right, rear drivers side, then passenger side front, and lastly drivers side front. Also ckeck and make sure all fittings are tight before moving on to the next.

Replacing head gasket on 1995 honda civic, require torque specs and secquence

wow. a lot of bad information on this site. Refer to a manual for the proper torque sequence. The civic I believe is a two step torque procedure. First 22 ft lbs, than 53 ft lbs.
