Need to know where fuel pump an fuel filter is located on the 2002 mitsubishi gt.

The fuel filter is located WITH the fuel pump AKA fuel module is what Mitsubishi calls this bundle, to access remove rear seats where you will find the cover to the assembly. The Fuel pump and Fuel Filter are intergrated to each other to save weight.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 2.0 L DOHC (420A) engine?

HI. The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment, mounted to the firewall. Extraction will be easier if the air inlet hose and upper air cleaner housing is removed from the vehicle. This will expose the filter and allow for a better extracting experience.

Where the fuel filter is located

I personally have a 1995 Eclipse, same design. Fuel filter, depending on if its turbo or not, is either where steven said below your washer fluid reservoir (big plastic container) or behind driver side rear tire. Mine was under the reservoir (most hassle I've gone through to replace something, besides the belts D:) Hope that helps :).

Have the timing checked , you may need a new
timing belt if its worn out or miss aligned nothing will
fix this problem but a new belt .. so have that checked .

1996 eclipse spyder runs for a few minutes then stops

Check maf sensor and throttle body, intake leaks downstream of the maf. Could also be a clogged injector or fuel filter. If you have some carbon buildup a can of Seafoam in the gastank will help. Also would be a possible failing throttle position sensor
Please kindly let me know if the information was usefull for you or you need more info
Good Luck
