Question about 2000 Chevrolet Malibu
If you have older radio system where the volume buttons are small you can give me your calibration number and I can get you the code from that. to get the number, turn ignition key to on and then press and hold buttons 2 & 3 together when a number appears write it down then press am/fm to get another three numbers, write them down. get me those numbers and I can get you your code.
But if your radio is new style then you will need to get the dealer to hookup GM tech II to recalibrate your computer system. the newer system doesn't lock when battery is disconnected since it uses data to communicate, so lets hope that you have older one.
