What front coil spings interchange with my 1975 G 10 van. S 10 pickup? Suburban? Blazer?

Springs are sized to vehicles based on weight so you should be looking at a Suburban or 1/2 ton, possibly a full sized car or wagon with air conditioning. S-10 would be too light and Blazer would be iffy. A new aftermarket set from the autoparts store should be about $100 or so and would be the right size without the guess work. Hope this helps..

Are the water pumps interchangeable?

best way to find out... is to phone autozone or a specialty store and have them look up the part numbers for each. even better is to call your local junk/recycling/wrecking yard as i believe they would have a set of books listing interchangable parts on different models... the coil pack on my windstar van is the same they use in the toyota model.
