My guess range would be though maybe $500 for clutch and $250 for all four struts. All shop charge different.

If you plan on keeping the car, it's always a good idea to replace the seats/bearings when you do the struts - having to replace them afer is a pain. If you mean should you replace the strut lower bushings, yes, definitely.
