Bless you.

So many Nissan radios fail that it is a business for some folks here.
Bad solder connections are the main failure (flow solder machine at subcontractor site may be set wrong). Anyway, you would be better off simply installing a double din radio from an outside source. You can add DVD player, 7-inch screen display (motorized), GPS etc. for under 400 bucks if you stay clear of domestic suppliers.
Go to the source... I have used eonon .com to find my last 2 radios... with TV, DVD, CD, GPS and some have more.... check it out..
You can google a Nissan radio repair tech in your area and discuss cost (and method of removal from your car). Then I suspect that you will consider a multifunction, double-din device...

Cd doesnt comes out and it doesnt playes either

the CD players loading mechanism has failed or if u live in a very wet climate (high humitity) leave it on for a few hours and see i it starts working again, if not it will need to be pulled out and repair by the dealer.

2005 F350 radio swap.

now don't hold me to this but I have heard of this before. the problem was that the computer of the truck isn't seeing a radio that it reconizes so it isn't allowin the radio to play. I have done car sterio installations to were i had to wire in the old stock radio with the new one to allow the new radio to work. this is an anti-theft feature I believe. I hope this helps you and doesnt confuse you
