My 2006 Toyota Corolla brakes squeek on initial backing up out of driveway. WHY?

Normal... as a car sits over night brake rotors get a coat of surface rust on them and in some cases the brake pad will adhere to the rotor as well. as u back up the brake will become dettached. as u back up the brake pads rub the surface rust off. and noise gose away. most of the time its 2-5 brake applications before its all gone..
