Starts missing at even speeds. Not usually during acceleration. Speedometer jumps around and rpms increase because transmission is shifting down. Used to only do it when it was raining. Now is very frequent. Does it about every 10 seconds, lasts a couple seconds.

Sounds like you have a bad plug wire, I would start by replacing plugs and wires (needs to be done every 60k) and go from there.

2007 Nissan Sentra 2.0 Sluggish accleration with erratic rpm between .5 and 2

Sorry, but this is too much random information. What EXACTLY is the vehicle doing?
When you first start the vehicle what does it do? Easy start and even idle? Easy start and rough idle? Hard start and even idle? Hard start and rough idle?
As you hit the gas does it pause then give power? Stutter as it gives power or give power then die?
Too much information can confuse the fix.

2003 pontiac montana shifts hard from first to second around 4500 rpms, then sparacticly shifts around until i go faster, meanwhile the speedometer is jumping around from 10 to 20mph any thoughts??

Have you checked the transmission fluid?
May be a bad speed sensor. Just guessing, but if the transmission shifts based in part on speed, and the sensor I'd jumping around because it's bad, then it's possible the computer is shifting weird due to a bad input.

Why did my speedometer stop working and within minutes my 02 Cadillac Sts stalled and would barely accelerate?

The speedometer and odometer gets a signal from the speed sensor in the side of the transmission where the speedo cable once was.
The problem could be the speed sensor, or something in the wiring, or in the instrument cluster. Or it could be that the transmission is failing internally.

1996 chevy 1500 speedometer drops when I travel at certain speeds and the rpms shoot up and truck starts hesitating, if i keep on trying to accelerate. also my (ABS) light stay on now since this started

Sounds like your vehicle speed sensor is bad. The VSS gives your electronic engine control information necessary to control your transmission and ABS for the rear brakes as well as your speedometer. You should have a fault code but I would try that if I was you. Just my 2 cents worth. Hope that helps

97 civic 5spd. Jumping while accelerating.

Just check the transmission fluid-if low you have to add until it is full-do not overfill though. Better to have it just a bit low than overfilling it.
In park, can you accelerate to 2500-3000 rpm, and hold steady with no shaking or indications of a miss? If it runs good in park or neutral, then you probably have transmission problems. Frankly, it is pretty rare for a torque converter to develop a problem. Check your fluid, or try changing the fluid if it is dark or dirty looking.

It could be a spark plug, plug wire, or a coil. Sometimes thay break down intermittently. If it needs a tuneup, that would be the first thing to do.
