Question about 1984 Chevrolet Caprice
Well if its like my 87 beretta there's four bolts that hold it down and you'll have to disconnect the seat belt warning harness. if it a single seat...if not you"ll have to take out more bolts.

the vacuum hose should be linked from intake manifold to thebrake booster on brakes as well as to the side of the gearbox onthe vacuum canister. should any one leak there will be a misfire or no vavuum for brakes.

located in the fuse block up under the dash, check your manual if you have one it will show the fuse block diagram with the exact location for the horn fuse.

Right on the bottle( I forget what its called) The big stainless canister on the passenger side near the bottom of the windshield. Should have a cap on the side. Just unscrew it and there it is.
