What seams to be the problem Jessica ? No fuel ? This vehicle has no inertia fuel cut off switch ! I 'm looking at a wiring diagram for this vehicle, there is a fuel pump relay in the under hood fuse / relay box . In the instrument fuse box is a fuse marked F/P-INJ. fuse 15amp.this supply's power to the fuel pump through the fuel pump relay. If you knew how to do it you check for power at the fuel pump relay ! 05 Chevy cobalt have no power to fuse block for fuel pump

You have no voltage at 15 amp fuel pump fuse in the under hood fuse/relay center ? There is a fuel pump relay also in same under hood fuse box. The fuel pump fuse gets power from the fuel pump relay. The ( PCM ) engine computer controls that relay, gives power or ground electronically to turn the relay on giving power to the fuel pump through the fuel pump fuse. You could have a bad relay or an anti-theft system problem . What engine does you vehicle have 2.0 L or 2.2 L the 2.0 L engine gets power differently to fuel pump .

Electrical prblem

There would be a fuel pump fuse, either under dash or under hood. Check that fuse, use the test light to see if fuse has power. If not, then it might be a fusible link or maxi-fuse that feeds the fuse panel. If fuse has power with key on, pull the relay, and use the test light and probe relay terminals, key off. One terminal should be hot at all times. If not, check for power loss between battery and relay terminal-possibly a maxi-fuse or fuse link.
If relay does have power to terminal, quickly check other terminals while someone turns key to on-for about 2 seconds, another terminal should show power-this would be signal from computer to turn the relay on to prime the lines and fuel rail. If you have that, plug relay in and cycle key. Does relay click? If yes, relay is working and problem may be at fuel pump connector. If relay is not working, but you have power to it, and the short signal from computer is there, then check the relay's coil side ground. Computer signals the coil side and the signal goes to ground from relay coil side.
Pull the relay and use a jumper wire from relay's hot terminal to fuel pump terminal-the wire to pump from the relay. If pump comes on, the problem is right there at the relay-either no signal from computer or the relay coil's ground is lost. If pump does not come on, again check connector at pump-that or the wire to pump[ has a problem.

Locate fuse for fuel pump 1997 camaro

The fuel pump power to the relay is powered by the PCM BAT fuse 15amp.
The relay is grounded and the PCM powers the relay to turn it on and power the pump.
You should have power on the orange wire with the key on.
The PCM powers the relay when the key switch is in the start position and after the computer sees oil pressure and RPM.

No power to fuel pump or pump fuse on a 1996 saturn sl1. whats up?

The fuel pump fuse gets its power from the fuel pump relay, which is located in the Instrument Panel Junction Block.

The fuel pump relay gets its ground from G102, which is located just forward of the left strut tower.

The fuel pump relay gets its power from the Powertrain Control Module Connector "C" Pin 10 ( DARK GREEN/ WHITE wire) for the primary side of the relay.

The sencondary side (the side that provides power to the fuel pump fuse) of the fuel pump relay gets its power from the IP BATT Fuse (30 Amp) HOT AT ALL TIMES in the underhood fuse block.

This should be enough information to figure out why your fuel pump is not getting power. Let me know what you find.

I checkedall the fuses and switch relays and the horn still does not work on an 2003 pontiac grand prix

you need to check that you are getting power to the horn (use a test light) but you will need someone to hold the horn button down whilst you check, if there is power there maybe the horn is faulty & needs replacing......hope this helps.......cheers.
