Wiper motor replaced twice. With the new motors, the wipers jump about an inch up the window when they go off, even during intermittent. They go down into the wiper well, then do this weird jump up. Is...

Timing is off. Unlikely they replaced two motors(which hold the module) and they are bad. One other possibility is the wiper switch in the turn signal switch.

Why won't my wipers turn off even when I shut the car off of my chrysler 300 year 2005

The wiper motor needs to be replaced. It has an internal "park" circuit to "park" the wipers, and that circuit has failed; it can't tell when the wipers are in the "parked" position.

My wipers won't shut off even with the car off? drives me crazy, now my husband has to unplugged the battery every time that happened,, why? why? why?

The problem is likely to be in the integrated power module. It does not seem to be getting or executing the wiper park signal. This may be an expensive--dealer only--part. What I recommend is to consult a Chrysler parts expert. In the meantime, you can remove fuse 18 to stop the wipers. This should not affect any other circuits. By the way, you can download a manual for the car here (if you don't have one):

Windshield wipers turn on own their own and won"t shut off even when the engine is shut off

Try swapping the wiper relay with a similar one in the fuse box. If no help, the body computer may have a stuck high relay control output. Check for poor wiring grounds near the body computer and near the wiper motor. Check the wiper motor auto-park switch for looseness.

Wipers will not turn off

The column switch has either shorted or is just faulty,I would take it back to a Chrysler dealer to have it fixed under the 3 year warranty free of charge
