Question about 1990 Plymouth Grand Voyager

How do we remove then replace the tumbler unit?

The key tumbler broke on our 1990 Plymouth Grand Voyager. We broke it out enough so we can use a screwdriver to start/stop the engine. How do we remove the entire thing and replace it so we can have a key again?

Basically, hacksaw off the old casing, and replace with a new one, complete with key etc. it will come with "shear bolts" that will shear off the heads when tightened to the correct torque.

How do I install 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager headlamp assembly, both right and left side

open the bonnet and look down behind the headlamp, you should see some small type nuts, possibly about 6 that hold the unit in place, undo them, remove the multi wire plug from the unit and replace with the new headlamp assembly

On a 1990 Plymouth Grand Voyager what is the block that the brake lines go into on the drivers side rear?

It has to do with the load leveler, which is nothing but trouble trying to get the back brakes to work right. If you are having a problem getting good brakes to the back, it's not a bad idea to by-pass this block.

1998 Phymouth grand voyager

Here is the relay for the rear:

Remove the glove box then the four (4) hex screws on the blower motor cover. Then remove the mounting screws for the blower motor and set it down on the floor - it should have enough length in the wiring. Disconnect the the wiring connector them remove the rubber grommet and wiring harness through the blower housing. Installation is the reverse of removal. Good luck!

Ingnition tumbler broke cant start

If the key won't start it; it might not be the key ignition, but rather; the ignition that has a stem that goes from the key ignition down on the steering colunm. However, you can get key ignitions for them, or buy the whole steering colum then take the key ignition out of it. But, I would suggest more information is needed before I can conclude that it is just the key ignition. Hope this help~!

Just take a screw driver and pop of the ignition and then take a smaller screw driver and place it inside there should be a slot that you can access at this point...good luck.
