SOURCE: changing an ignition switch
turn the key to the acessory position. then poke a pin or something small into the little hole on the switch. then keep turning the key toward you untill it stops again and pull it out.

If you open trunk and look on inside of trunk where hinge bolts are you will see code numbers . Owners manual will tell you how.
