Reach up underneath until you find the wires running to the light. When you reach the base of the wires, rotate the wire side down. THen pull the socket out and replace the bulb.

You can use 912, 921, or 922 miniature lamps. I believe the stock bulb i2 a 921, but this is the brightest of the three and some people complain about them being too bright. I would recommend the 922.

1999 oldsmobile aurora side marker light flash on and off when the car is turned off

Power is appliedat all times through the 20A HZRD/ STOP LPS fuse in the right rear junction block. The ORG wire connects to the hazard flasher and the BRN output wire connects to the A5 terminal of the TURN/HAZARD switch assembly. When the HAZARD switch is engaged, power is applied to the front and rear turn signals and the left and right turn indicators in the instrument cluster, causing them to flash. Obviously an open fuse, a defective flasher, a defective HAZARD switch, or a defective TURN/HAZARD switch assembly will prevent the lamps from flashing. If the turn signals operate normally, they are not the problem.

83 ford bronco no parking lights or taillights both markers blink with right turn break lights are dim

This sounds like a bad ground to rear lights, look at the frame near rear bumper or follow ground from lights and check the ground where it bolts to frame. hope this helps.

Running lights

Remove 3 - 4 screws on fender cover close to side marker light. Pull fender cover out a bit for you to use your other hand to reach side marker light. By twisting on one direction and here you go the light out. Replace new bulb and replace everything on reverse order.

SIDE MARKER LIGHT, PASSENGER SIDE

Assuming you are talking about the side marker bulb in the bumper, you need to get behind the bumper and un bolt the lens from the back side to change lens or if just bulb replacement twist socket counterclockwise to remove from lens and then change bulb. Keep in mind if the bumper has been hit this will be very difficult to do unless you loosen up bumper and pull out.
