Replaced all o2 sensors and EGRvalve on my 2009 dodge journey sxt 3.5 l. And still getting code p0133 bank 1 sensor 1 how do I reset it do for inspection

you clear the codes with an obd2 reader device that allows resetting. You reset the readout for inspection to get to the ready status by driving car thru several driving cycles. Don't forget the mass airflow sensor (MAF) also can cause issues that might cause that same code to appear. Good luck

If you can draw Vacuum through the hose stem and it holds, most likely the EGR is good. That test will not show you if the EGR is failing to close completely; that will require removal and visual inspection.

Lack of power when climbing hills and slow to pick up speed

It sounds like your vehicle needs a major tune-up. Try putting in some fuel injector cleaner gas additive and a new air intake filter.
