Question about 1992 Cadillac DeVille
Check the fuse first,,,if good ,disconnect the blower motor connector and check for power and ground there on connector,if have both power and ground you most likely got a bad blower motor,,if you dont got power and ground you might have a bad wire or bad hvac control head
