How rotten can the tires be on a 2008? the TPS is covered under the federal emissions warranty until 70,000, do your home work on what you have there. This is the wrong Forum to post this, u should be in touch with your states dept. of consumer affairs if you fell this strongly.

2006 Pacifica & the (!) light is on and says service tire system soon..1 tire low pressure. I put new tires on it yesterday and the light hasn't gone off. Could it be because I don't have a spare

If you had tires installed and light stayed on it is possible not having spare but normally the tps sensor (tire pressure sensor) or tpm tire pressure monitor or it got damaged when new tires got installed.

I have a 2004 lexus GX 470 and i want to put on 22" RIMS i know i have a tire pressure sensor in factory ones, do i have to put the sensor on the new rims?

You don't have to, but the TPS light will stay on. There are replacement TPS sensors availble from wheel & tire shops, you may want to ask about them when you buy the wheels.

Low tire pressure light on . I have just purchased new tires and the light is still on.

Hi,
When you purchased your new tires they should have reset the TPS Unit. On Some models it's the sensor in each wheel, on others it's the unit itself. I would go back to where you got the tires and have them reset it. If they don't know how, the easiest way to do it is look in your owners manual, and follow the instructions. Or go to the nearest Chevy Dealer and see if they won't help you. The Owners Manual is some times confusing, and may take a couple of tries to reset. When I was running a tire store it was a constant battle to reset everyone's TPS. As there is NO STANDARDISATION. !!! If you Don't have an Owners Manual, Please Contact Me and I will try to assist you further. You really need to learn how to do this yourself... that way you can take advantage of the tire sales that some of the smaller stores have, even though they might not be able to reset your TPS.
I Hope this Helps You !
