There may be a small inline fuse at the back of the radio itself.....you will see it when you remove the radio, this is to prevent overload

Put in new radio dashboard lights dont work. all fuses are good

name one lamp dead.! oif the many.
lots of lamps.
and you did blow a fuse. or cut a wire.
for sure.
if only the speed o illumination is dead.
then the park fuse is blown
or you turned the illum dial down on dash knob. (a feature)
some cars(vast) have 2 fuse boxes some 3.
so find all of them yet.
if usa car,
then alldata.com has these facts, ever read books or online real FSM on your car, its all there, no need to ask, or wonder.

but do name just one lamp.... we cant guess that.

My radio works on my 2004 jeep grand Cherokee but the time and station don't light up do I need to replace the radio

any thing can be fixed.! (my job that, before retired)
the question (only) is time and money?
if the labor is more than a new upgraded radio.
why fix old.?
is the dash dimmer working, and all other lights on dash bright
the the radio has issues. (stock) if not stock the wires are bad behind radio. the dial wire.
does the radio work? and dial right, can you see the stations, with a flash light, ? then the back light is burned out.
if VFD display or LCD dead , big time $$$ fix.

on mine , 04 i put a new , media only head end.
am/fm , USB , flashcard, aux in, radio
and have micro usb there, very tiny with 4000 songs.
no more discs and radio head is very tiny.

It can be either relay or fuse issue. Get both of them checked.

Battery light flashing

The battery light on, is an indication of alternator failure. If your battery is more than 3 years old it needs replacement . A bad battery can damage a new alternator (full field condition). The age of your truck warrants inspection of the charging system. It requires at Least 20 amps output, from the alternator to run the engine.

My 2004 envoy starts but there is no electrical. the windows radio tail lights reverse lights dashboard lights ac heat dondoesnt work. but the odometer still works so there is electric and all the fuses...

Sounds like a bad ignition switch. There are 3 main ignition circuits coming from the switch, and one will control the engine and starting. One circuit is probably dead thru the switch, causing all the accessories to not function. I would tr that first.

Check to see if any of the other switch selections ( A4WD, 4LO) turn on a light, if not, the problem could be the switch itself or the TCCM (Transfer Case Control Module). If you get a flashing light condition for a switch selection, then the problem could be the actuator on the Transfer Case.
