Question about Hyundai Motor 2000 Tiburon
I think the driver side rear wheel bearing is going out, the car makes a loudsound while driving especially the faster you go but whats starnge is that when i turn fairly hard to the left the sound dissapears ,it used to be when i bearly veered left at all the sound would go away , but now its only when i turn very sharply to the left that it will go away ...im pretty sure its the bearing but could use some input ,and are they easy to replace in the back ...someone told me labor and material probably150-200....is it something i could do myself....any help would be appreciated.
Yes it is the rear bearing. It can be a home fix but you will need good tools and some spare time. Log on to the Hyundai Coupe Owners Club in the UK for guidance.
