Question about 1992 Honda Accord
The problem is not likely the caliper it is likely that the brake hose to the caliper is bad, you can test this by removing the hose from the caliper and if the caliper releases the problem is the hose.This is a common problem on any vehicle, something inside the hose collapses and because there is a lot of pressure pushing out the brake works but since there is not a lot of pressure pushing the fluid back the caliper hangs up.
