Question about 1999 Chevrolet Venture
I have the same problem. It is your head I would say. Take your oil pan bolt off a little at a time. 1st let the van cool down because all the water in your engine will be at the bottom off your oil pan.

Most likely, it is one of the two head gaskets.
Possibly could be a cracked engine block, but not likely.
What are the symptoms?
White smoke coming from the exhaust pipe?
White goop on oil dipstick?
