Sorry I know very little about ford products. If its not GM, then I refer to it as a FOREIGN car/truck.

It consume more fuel, any solution? 2..the

You can check for optional wheel sizes or a different series tire will increase ground clearance and help MPG. Just go to the "Discount Tire website" and they have conversion charts for correcting speedometer error for the changes.

If you have a "60" series tire go to a "70" and so on.

1995 Mercury Villager shots down when i step on the break.

Be sure to ALWAYS have more than 1/4 of gasoline in your tank, this may be caused when having it below that. Also having less than 1/4 could damage your fuel pump wich is an expensive part, so it's good on taking care of it.

Mercury Villager headlight assembly diagaram for removal

This is easy. Lift the lid open. Look at the back of the sealed beam and you will see a clip and an o ring. Pull the clip up and pull wires back toward the driver's seat. Unscrew the o ring and firmly pull the bulb out toward the driver again. Note the 3 tabs on the bulb seat and realign the new bulb with those tab ( 2 bottom, 1 top). Replace with #9007 bulbs..do them both.
